Maybe I’m wrong…

What you say:

I'm killing myself to get all this $h!t done.

We’re backlogged for weeks/months.

I don’t have time to prospect, I’m too busy.

I'm working 50+ hours a week with no break.

I couldn’t handle another customer.

Here’s what I say:

You can fix all of that.

Raise your prices 20% (at minimum).

Offer better service and different offerings than your competitors. (With better margin, you can afford it.)

Go find customers who value that service and those offerings. (They’re out there. I promise.)

Let the ones who won’t pay more fire themselves. (You'll never regret losing these.)

The more you charge, the better people believe you are. (Human psychology is weird.)

What you say:

That won’t work.

No one will pay more.

We won’t be competitive.

They can buy the same thing from other people for less.

My clients would revolt. They’d walk.

Our customers have choices. They’ll go somewhere else.

All people care about is low price.

You just don’t understand our business.

And again, what I say:

Chances are I've helped at least one of your competitors raise their prices, sell at a higher margin, find new clients/customers who value the higher service and gladly pay more and fire the customers who don’t and won’t.

And they tell me it’s made all the difference.

Your business really isn’t that different.

Let me help you get out of your own way.

Let’s have a No BS Conversation.

You’re already good. Let me help you get better!
